The process is pretty simple. You can send us the desired logo information or we can create it for you. In all cases you will receive a proof of the custom product for your review and approval. If possible please be prepared to give us the following information:
- Desired Logo(s) -- submitted electronically, .pdf and .eps files are preferred.
- Logo Color Requirement(s) … or we will design it for you!
- Logo Position(s) – front, back sleeve, stitched or silkscreened?
- Product name and SKU
- Sizes and Colors

Lead Time & Delivery
With custom products you must allow a certain amount of lead time to allow us to create the proper setup files needed by the printer/embroiderer and gather the appropriate inventory. Usually the process from start to finish takes a few weeks from creating new logos to delivery of the final product. Certain products, such as hard hats, take more time to setup and produce. Please allow the time to make sure we can deliver the best results to make sure your project is a success.
